Welcome to Dagploy. By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms.

Using Our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the services. Do not misuse our services. You may use our services only as permitted by law.

What you cannot do. You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

• Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone’s rights.
• Modify, copy, lease, sell or distribute any of our Services.
• Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services, including our models, algorithms, or systems (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
• Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output (defined below).
• Represent that Output was human-generated when it was not.
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumvent any rate limits or restrictions or bypass any protective measures or safety mitigations we put on our Services.
• Use Output to develop models that compete with Dagploy.

Registration and access

Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Your Dagploy Account

You may need an Dagploy account in order to use some of our services. You may create your own Dagploy account, or your Dagploy account may be assigned to you by an administrator.

Your Content in Our Services

You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

Similarity of content. Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services. Our assignment above does not extend to other users's output or any Third Party Output.

Our use of content. We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe

Accuracy. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

When you use our Services you understand and agree:

• Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output from our Services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
• You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output from the Services.
• You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them. 
• Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent Dagploy's views. If Output references any third party products or services, it doesn’t mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with Dagploy.

We may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

Task Credits

Dagploy may use task credits to measure, limit, or charge for usage of certain services. A task credit is consumed when an AI agent performs a task, such as receiving a user request, processing it, and returning a result.

Task credits are valid for 120 days from the date they are issued. To help you use your credits efficiently, tasks will automatically use your oldest available credits first.

Unused task credits will expire after the 120-day validity period and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, unless required by applicable law. We may send you a reminder before your credits expire.

Dagploy may update how task credits are calculated, consumed, or applied from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce the validity period of task credits already issued, unless required by law or necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the services.

Data Retention Policy

Dagploy is designed to retain only the data needed to provide and improve the Services. Unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, billing, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs, the platform will retain user data for a maximum of 150 days.

Dagploy may also limit stored data to keep each account, agent, workspace, or connected source under 100MB, depending on the applicable plan, technical limits, or operational requirements. When data exceeds this limit, Dagploy may delete, archive, truncate, or request the user to reduce stored data.

Users are responsible for exporting or backing up any data they need to keep beyond the retention period or storage limit. After data is deleted under this policy, it may not be recoverable.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

Dagploy's privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services.

Modifying and Terminating Our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether.

Third party Services

Our services may include third party software, products, or services, (“Third Party Services”) and some parts of our Services, like our browse feature, may include output from those services (“Third Party Output”). Third Party Services and Third Party Output are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may take action for activities including, but not limited to, fraud, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, harassment, abuse, criminal activity, security bypass attempts, intellectual property infringement, or any use that may harm Dagploy, our users, third parties, or the public.

We may provide notice where reasonable, but we may act immediately without notice when necessary to protect the services, prevent harm, comply with the law, prevent fraud or abuse, or reduce legal, security, or operational risk.

If an account is suspended or terminated for suspected or confirmed abuse, fraud, criminal activity, or violation of these Terms, unused task credits may be suspended, forfeited, or made unavailable, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We also may terminate your account if it has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid account. If we do, we will provide you with advance notice.

Liability for Our Services

Dagploy will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

If you are a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel, from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) from third party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms

About These Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service, for example, to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services.
